About The Case Study and Me

So, welcome to my website.

This will be my case study of the Bates Method, where I apply the techniques to myself and see how long it takes me, if ever this works, to cure my eyesight completely.

Everyday I will be recording my progress: techniques done, how long, etc.
And will record how I feel about it, etc. I will also do a monthly summary report of:

• Eye Grade in Diopters
• Techniques used most
• Results
• Wisdom gained/Aha moments/What I feel
• Before and After

 I will do this so that I track major or noticeable progress in one blog post.

All this time I have been searching for proof that this stuff works. Now I am making the proof myself.
